That sounds like a fantastic day! Love your photos from the museum. There’s an exhibit at LACMAA I think right now I want to see- its a huge hot wheels track with over 1,200 custom built cars running on it, some at speeds of 200 mph if I remember right. Its called Metropolis II.

That sounds like a lot of fun! Michael would LOVE that exhibit. LOL

    Happy (belated) birthday!

I have 2 qualifications: A diploma in Hospitality Management and a Bachelor in Education. I have used the diploma and I will use the degree in 2 weeks when school starts!

As for my last birthday, I spent the day alone, buying xmas presents, collecting graduation gear (the ceremony was 2 days later) and organising my graduation party, The boyfriend took me out to dinner that night, but it was kind of a nonevent. We had my bday, mums bday, graduation and xmas all in one week and I chose to celebrate graduation!

Honestly, I think celebrating the graduation was much more exciting. You made a good choice and congrats! What are you going to “be” when you grow up?

Isn’t it hard to enjoy birthdays when they are so close to the holidays? I’ve always gotten the combo “Xmas/birthday” presents, even though my birthday is a month after the holidays. Oh well.

Sounds like a wonderful birthday! Your outfit is very cute, too. I love art. My favorite period is the impressionist.

I was a music major and am not doing anything related to that.

Impressionist is one of my favorites too. Some of my favorite artists are Hopper, Van Gogh, Monet, Manet, just to name a few. My tastes are often all over the place.

Haha.. Sam Adams. I am not a big fan of that guy, but still fun to have a shout out!

If you are a Bank of America customer, you can get in free to the Portland Art Museum once a month- I think it is the first Monday of every month??

I am a science major.. and it will (it all goes as planned) play into my future in medicine!

That’s nice about BOA. I had no idea! I am not a member of the bank but it’s good knowledge to pass on.
