Right now I am currently reading Egoscue Method of Health Through Motion. It’s such an interesting read for anyone who is active at all. I was just getting ready to sit down and read another chapter and saw that my son has taken it.
I tried to read Cutting for Stone. I just couldn’t do it. I’m not an avid reader, so it is hard to get into. But I have heard it’s the best book ever by many of my friends that read everything.

      I’ll check that one out.

I get it! I was struggling with the book in the beginning and almost gave up twice but then it clicked and it was so good!

Thank you for the shout out! I had read that evilcyber article before. You still hear the same tired arguments. Women don’t really bulk up, but I will say that my quads and biceps will respond much easier to lifting than any other muscles. I have to be careful not to get out of balance.

I think I am probably in the minority in not liking Girl Gone.

I just finished The Painting, which I quite enjoyed. If you can get a hold of a copy of Wyvern – I highly recommend it. I got it for free on my kindle and it is really one of those books that you need to sit and read for stretches because the writing is so beautiful.

I really liked that post you wrote!

Gone Girl was the type of book where you hate both the main characters and it’s hard to look at either as victims…but it was still so good! In my opinion!

      I’ll check out The Painting!
