If you have any leftover soup – peel and throw a raw potato into the soup and leave it for a day – it helps leach out some of the salt. 😀

I may make that but with baby spinach, not a huge fan of swiss chard. 😀

What a good idea! Had no idea about the potatoes. I ended up freezing the leftovers. I added about 1/2 cup of water to it before freezing it to see if could help with the salt. But thanks for that tip! I will remember that.

    I love curry. Yum!

I love board games, too. We play every holiday. I have Ticket to Ride on my Xmas list, so I hope that will show up 😀

What is Ticket to Ride? I haven’t played that before. Will have to look for it.

I love swiss chard and have never eaten Kale. Wonder if there is any similarity in taste. Also interested in the kettle bells. My mother talks about using them for exercise. I have never seen anyone using them. I need to get inspired. I will check out some of your recipes and maybe hop on my stationary bike!!

      Love kale! It’s very versatile.
I hope you can find a place to check out kettlebells. I think KB workouts are really efficient and fun!
