Such an interesting evolution to a healthier relationship with food! I am still working on it, I have to say. I’m better at some things, like not severely restricting after a high-calorie day and not trying to compensate with additional exercise. It helps that at 60, my body is just not up to working out more than I do without getting injured. Sure, I’d like to be 15 lbs. lighter, but I am healthy, I am functionally fit and it’s just exhausting monitoring myself and my food so closely. Thanks for the inspiration to keep working on it, Lisa!

I’d say it’s definitely a long process-maybe even lifelong, who knows? I am glad you are trying to remind yourself that extra exercise is not good for the body. That’s an even harder pill to swallow!

So inspirational to see others improve with the things you, yourself struggle with. Thank you!
