Such a bummer about losing all that food. Ugh.

Yep. Giant waste of money. 🙁

Before your workout do some stretching and do the stretching after your workout also it is so important. I see many women at my gym that NEVER stretch. Sorry about all that food you have to throw out. We just had to do that last week because of a terrible thunder and lighting storm that hit here in Orlando. It was terrible. On a better note, those hush puppies look delicious!

I do some stretches during my warm-up and do stretches after the workout, too.

Bummer, sorry to hear you went through that too. So frustrating!

We were having issues last year with our fridge kept dying we would get it fixed and then it would go out again – we threw out lots and lots of food on more than one occasion. Sucks.

    Hope you’re feeling better soon.

Oh man that’s awful. I hope you guys figured it out and it isn’t still happening!

Well – we had to get a new fridge!

Hopefully the problem is fixed and you don’t have to go through that again!

      Booo!!
I might have to try the tennis ball trick.

Such a day would make me grumpy too! We lost power Friday night but that was something R. could fix the next morning thankfully.

And having a conversation with your dog: not strange to me, I do it all the time.

I have no ideas how you can avoid her chewing other things than her toys. We were lucky with both our dogs that never destroyed anything.

Glad it was something that could be easily fixed for you.
