    Sorry you’ve had the blues over running – especially after such a MONUMENTAL accomplishment as H2C. Do you know how many people would never be able to do that? (raising my hand, for one) Maybe your body just needs a break. The bike ride was probably a great idea. Good to know we can go right from REI (my husband’s favorite store! We’re members too!).

    Cookie dough in the fridge = cookie dough in my belly! For me the dough is just as dangerous as the actual cookies. πŸ™‚

    I’m not into biking but this post makes me wish I was! Awesome stats. But to be honest, biking really scares me.
