    That is a good stack of product for not much money!

    I take Vitamin D, Calcium and a daily vitamin (the ones that are like horse pills).

      I am happy with how much I got for so little!

      As for the horse pills…no thanks. I am so sensitive to taking pills that are too big! Yuck!

    I do not take vitamins on a regular basis but I need to take them. Osteoperoses (spelling?) runs in my family.

      I think it runs in my family too. I eat so much dairy though I think I’m good. I think so anyways!

    I know it sounds lame — I have never been consistent about taking vitamins my whole life until about 2 years ago I started taking the gummy adult multi-vitamin and I never miss a day. Something about the taste of those big giant multi-vitamins really turned me off. I’m sure there are better supplements out there but I’m glad to at least be taking something daily – I’ve already gone through a few bottles!

      I understand. Vitamins are often gross. I especially hate taking fish oil. It smells nasty and there’s an aftertaste!

    It’s awful, but people ask me all the time what I do to keep my skin so soft, and the sad part is I usually just wash my face with shampoo while I am showering!

    But that coconut stuff looks good! Now that I am 45, I probably need to change my face cleaning routine!

    I do take a multi vitamin, and Vitamin D every day. I also take a cholesterol medication – but that’s a prescription!
