I have been reading your blog for awhile now. I just looked at your recipes & they look amazing. I am trying to eat healthier because my RA seems to like when I eat right. Thanks for your inspiration for writing this blog. Are you on Facebook?
Thanks for reading! I’ve read that certain foods can reduce inflammation in the body for people with RA but I don’t know much about it. I do know that the several months now that I’ve been eating healthier, whole foods instead of processed foods my body has felt a lot better. I’ve also lost a little more weight as a result.
