  1. I have been reading your blog for awhile now. I just looked at your recipes & they look amazing. I am trying to eat healthier because my RA seems to like when I eat right. Thanks for your inspiration for writing this blog. Are you on Facebook?

    • Thanks for reading! I’ve read that certain foods can reduce inflammation in the body for people with RA but I don’t know much about it. I do know that the several months now that I’ve been eating healthier, whole foods instead of processed foods my body has felt a lot better. I’ve also lost a little more weight as a result.
