    Is that a slide????

I can’t wait to hear how you like the new counters. We’ve been interested in that material for a while.

    Lookin’ good.

Thanks! We are getting the yard and kitchen ready for BBQ this summer! You guys will definitely come over. And there’s room for you to bring your dog.

There is a nasty, old playset that is cemented into the ground from the previous owner. She was old and probably had a lot of grandkids. The thing needs to be torn out but I don’t know how since it’s cemented in. It’s a Hepatitis and Tetanus shot waiting to happen.

The yard is looking GREAT! I can’t wait to read posts about all the salads you are eating from your garden!!! We “tinker” with having a veggie garden in our back yard- but the soil here is AWFUL. Red clay. YUCK!!!

Thanks Jill! I am super excited about this year’s garden. I think we learned a lot from last year.

You can make your own raised beds and put in nice soil. THat’s what we did.

What fun! I LOVE DIY projects!! I actually flipped 2 houses doing almost all the work myself. The only thing I didn’t do was roofing and having someone come in and sand down old hardwood floors. I think tiling is my favorite project.

We are going to lay laminate in our downstairs hopefully this year. Next year will be redoing the upstairs bath.

I love DIY projects too but we hit a big wall and we stopped for a long time. It was time to bring in the professionals.

I do have to say, destroying the kitchen was a lot more fun than building it. 🙂
