    I’m so glad it’s not something more serious! I’ve never had an injury from running, but I’ve had a pinched sciatic nerve before and it’s excruciating and so frustrating to not be able to do what you want with your body!

    My fear is an injury of any sort…..thankfully, I think my fear has kept me from injuring myself, but probably holds me back from really pushing myself. I twisted ankle is my nightmare.

    Glad nothing too serious. Hang in there! I’m dealing with some type of mysterious pinched nerve, and I can totally relate about the fear of cutting back on activity. It makes it really hard to keep your head and body headed in the right direction without exercise – I never would have dreamed that I would be one of “those” people, but exercise is key.
