    I was curious as to what your daily calorie goal is?

      @Kellie, my goal each day is 1590 calories. When I exercise I eat a little more, about 2,000 calories.

        thanks for answering so quickly. As far as eating after swimming, that is a problem for me too. I am starving after being in the water. Also, if I have a really long run, the day after I could eat everything in the kitchen. Not so good…

      @Kellie, That’s funny you mention that, I’m the same way. The day after a hard work out is usually when I’m famished. Weird! -Lisa

    If it’s any consolation I am ALWAYS ravenous after swimming too. Have never been able to figure it out either! And naps…which is another weird one.

    Still, after an hour swim I’d say you were entitled to the lovely looking beer and pizza!

    dont worry too mucha bout one day! Pizza is one thing I have the HARDEST time turning down…and you had good balance….less beer, but still food 🙂

    Sometimes you need pizza:) Especially after swimming for an hour then waiting to eat for so long!! Sometimes you just got to give into temptation.
