    Anyway, I’m glad you took rest days! People always undermine the importance of rest and recovery days but I believe they’re just as important, if not more so, than training days.

    Breakfast yogurt parfaits. I could eat everyday cause there are variations, I would never get bored! I do love turkey burgers, sandwich thins and asparagus too!!!!
