I am so psyched for these ladies and rooting them on! So much more challenging than having all those team cars and tons and tons of support like the men get. At least there shouldn’t be as many crashes 😀

I love the tour. It’s the one time of year that I put the TV on during the day while I work.

Have you seen any coverage on these ladies? I want details!

I like the Tour too. Unfortunately, I can’t sit down to watch all of it so Michael usually shows me the highlights. I saw the end of today’s where those 4 guys had a 25 second lead and then the pelaton caught up with them! 🙁

I had no idea the girls were doing that! Shame it is not getting more TV coverage – I would love to hear more about it!

I agree, Lisa! I wish it was getting some buzz. I think it’s so cool.

Wow! How cool is that?!? I am terrified to ride a bike on the streets. I’ve known several people in our neighborhood to get hit by cars. *shakes head* If there were separated bike lanes, I might be willing to try riding outside of the gym’s stationary bikes. Unfortunately in our city, its extremely unlikely to have such a thing implemented. We barely have any bike lanes at all.

That’s too bad. We are lucky here to have bike lanes all over town but there are still parts that don’t. I hate riding with cars, too, if it makes you feel better. I just stay super aware.

I didn’t know the ladies rode the TdF course. That’s great. Thanks for the tip!

It’s unfortunate these girls aren’t getting more press. I think it’s so great.
