I’ve been mixing the cocoa in with my coffee when I brew it. Such a great combo!

I’m actually been thinking of maybe adding a teaspoon of cocoa powder to the coffee grounds when I brew a pot.

I’ve never tried that either. Bet it’s good.

I will definitely look for this! I do not like coffee. I like cocoa tho and drink it alot in the winter!

It’s a good alternative to coffee if that’s not your drink.

  3. Lee Anna

    It sounds so tasty!

Do you know if it’s sold in stores in Portland?

If you check out this link: http://www.criobru.com/locations/ You can type your address in and find the nearest location to buy it. It looks like there is one place in Portland.

I’ve never heard or seen this, but it definitely sounds interesting. I’m a bit skeptical that it would truly taste like chocolate though . . . kind of like I was disappointed that egg nog tea did not turn out to be a decent replacement for egg nog. I’d try it though, just to check it out!

It’s a combination of coffee and cocoa in it’s flavor. It definitely doesn’t disappoint.

The way you have described it definitely makes me want to try it!! It sounds delicious.

I enjoy it! I’ve been mixing it in with my coffee and it makes it taste so great.

I haven’t tried it. My daughter drinks foo foo coffee drinks. Foo foo meaning flavored with chocolate, low calorie, sweetened, la-de-dah 3 to 5 dollars per cup. I’ll tell her about this product. She will probably be interested. I brew my own by the teaspoon from the generic medium roast coffee can, to the one cup coffee maker at home for about 5 cents per cup. I add Stevia and a tbsp. of half and half. That’s the way I like it. But I liked your review:)

Yep, those are the drinks I used to get! But they were super high in calories. I’m not a huge coffee fan, I get it black and then add flavored creamer. I liked adding the cocoa to it to further mask the black coffee flavor. 🙂

Sounds like an interesting drink! I usually have 1 or 2 coffees a day and it wouldn’t hurt for one of them to be a cruo bru 🙂

I try to limit my coffee intake to 1 a day. Any more than that and I’d be up all night.

This is uber interesting to me! I bet John would love it as well. You know me – I am quite the coffee drinker, although I do try to stick to decaf at night.

You would probably love this, Lori, check it out!
