I’ve been on a hot fudge sundae kick but haven’t gained weight from it b/c it’s (kinda) sugar-free. Will post about it soon.

HA! I was thinking the same thing when I searched for them. YUM.

I love sorbet with fruit or ricotta with cinnamon and truvia. Also, banana softserve is hands down my favorite low-cal dessert. A lot of times if I just have a piece of fresh fruit it satisfies my sweet cravings after a meal, but that’s a newer thing. 🙂

Wow…I’ve never heard of using Ricotta as a dessert. Interesting.

I like weight watchers chocolate ice cream bars at the moment. When berries are in season I like a bowl of berries with a drizzle of chocolate syrup on top

Love the ideas! One more to add is Deep Chocolate VitaTops (muffin tops. They are only 100 calories and packed with essential vitamins as well as fiber and protein. They can be topped with peanut butter or used as the “bread” for a low fat ice cream sandwich! Keep up the good, healthy work!

I’ve been wanting to try the Vitatops for awhile but they are hard to find in Oregon (and really expensive where I do find them). 🙁

Vitalicious has a store locator page you can use on their web page. Also, you can always order them online!

Ideally, I eat fruit when I have a sweet tooth. Sometimes it’s in the form of a home-made smoothie though (my favorite so far is strawberry & watermelon).

Otherwise, I like plain ol graham crackers. The chocolate ones are good too (not chocolate-covered) and especially good in ice cream. Kinda like cookies and cream but a bit healthier.

You could also make mini-cheesecakes with Neufchatel cream cheese, in a muffin tin, eat 1, and give away the rest. It’s a nice, moderate way to enjoy cheesecake. Of course, willpower is needed in giving the rest away.

Do you have a recipe for the mini cheesecakes? I’d love it if you do!
