    This sounds like a book I desperately need. Thanks for sharing!Before WW, I definitely didn't know what full felt like. I ate all the time, for all of the aforementioned reasons. I've been on WW for just over 2 months and I'm just now getting to the point where I can realize that I'm satisfied and will leave food on the plate. Except mexican food. I'll never leave any of my taco salad on the plate. lol. But yeah….I'm a noob to the whole "i'm full!" concept. And I'm loving it!

    @Kristen, thanks for posting. I was like you, I never knew what "full" –or "hungry"– was and I just ate all the time. Now I listen to my body.And P.S. I am the same way with Mexican food!! 🙂
