    Swimming has some other fantastic benefits (aside from calorie burning) such a muscle toning and improving breathing. I find that swimming actually helps my breathing when I run!!!

      I agree.. I think swimming has REALLY helped me. I’m not winded when I bike or hike or run!

    You must spend a load of time updating your blog with pictures and so detailed, it’s very good.
    I agree about the swimming, it’s hard to change it up – the only way I know how is by swimming repeat laps underwater (ie. just one breath and then going as far as I can, then one breath and repeat).

    It doesn’t take too much time to do the blog. The iphone makes it easy. And I usually update while I’m working on the computer (ie watching Netflix). šŸ™‚
