I think your blog name makes perfect sense!

I found your blog because someone linked to you and wrote a little bit about you so I had somewhat of an idea of how the title came about.

I found your blog in the google search engine. I love reading it, your ways to cut out 100 calories really make sense! Indeed biking enjoys me a lot, it is having fun while burning calories, it let our eyes enjoyed seeing the environment, feeling the breeze of air and not knowingly that we burned calories a lot. Thanks for sharing!

It makes it easier to stay committed to fitness if we choose an activity we love!

One day, my husband suggested I start a blog to share my passion for weightlifting. I said sure, I need another hobby. I knew nothing about blogs (or Twitter). He was setting it up and I was lying in the other room vegging out (something I never have time for now!). He hollered, “Whaddya want to call it?” The first thing that came to mind was WorkoutNirvana. The rest is history. I recently updated my About Me page and it tells what happened to me BEFORE that 🙂 http://workoutnirvana.com/about-me/

LOL! That is too funny! Isn’t it weird how we didn’t give our names much thought but they seemed to work?
