You did well with all those temptations. Just goes to show there’s no excuse for totally “blowing it” just because one is traveling or enjoying time out with friends and family. I recently got back from being gone two weeks, and even though I relaxed my eating plans a little, I stayed the course most meals and was sure to get some good exercise most days. When I got home to check on my own scale, I had only gained about half-a-pound:)

It’s really hard on vacation. I usually stop counting calories on vacation because it makes me stressed out. Instead, I just try to make good choices and not eat EVERYTHING I see. πŸ™‚

I love clam chowder!! I always feel like I need to order it at a good seafood place, but then I’m too full for my actual dish.

That usually happens to me too. I ordered the clam chowder after I saw how small the scallops were. It turned out to be the perfect amount of food.
