    Now this is my kinda workout! My new routine has me doing two sets of 15 and increasing the weights when I need to. After having a herniated disc a few years ago, I’ve just really learned that keeping a strong back and core is essential (not that I work on it as much as I should).

    Don’t freak out – this will be great for you! Muscle is metabolism!

    I love weight training! it wasnt until I used weights that I really saw my body change!

    Cardio simply makes you smaller—weights give you shape!

    I love weights ! I try to incorporate weight training into my routine a couple of times a week.

    Did you enjoy rowing? I was a rower in college, so it’s dear to my heart! plus, it’s one of the best exercises out there…it works almost all of the muscles in your body!

      Actually I liked rowing a lot! It was kind of meditative for me. It is definitely something I’ll continue to do!
