I’ve found a bunch of good yoga workouts on demand on ExerciseTV. For a cardio one, try Yoga Meltdown (Jillian Michaels) and then AM Yoga or Yoga for Beginners are good flow and stretching ones.

Do you happen to know where ExerciseTV is in the Guide? I swear I looked through the whole list.

Yup! It’s under Sports + Fitness from the main menu, then exercisetV (which is on the second page!)

I have never done Yoga before…crazy right?

I like yoga a lot for stretching purposes but not for exercise purposes. If that makes sense. šŸ™‚

Your blog is definitely one of the best going around, always posting and always interesting with new topics etc.

I’m interested to know how much of your weight loss success you believe is linked to your consistent and thorough blogging?

Thank you!! šŸ™‚ That’s awfully sweet. To answer your question, I started blogging AFTER I lost 100 pounds. It definitely helps me stay on track now and blogging about my health has helped me to make better choices.

Ahh didn’t realise you started the blog after you’d lost all the weight – not surprised the blog has helped you stay on track.

I’ve been meaning to get into Hot Yoga with a bunch of friends that already do it regularly, but that stuff is EXPENSIVE. I like the “stand and pose” yoga….the yoga flow is still a bit too hard for me. I’m sure when I get smaller, it will be more comfortable, but right now, I just feel awkward.

I don’t use twitter, so I am way behind on understanding things with “#” by it. How does that work?

    1. hundredtenpounds

Ivie, I wanted to try a hot yoga class too but a friend discouraged me from trying it. She said it smells like “sweat and ass”. YUCK! lol

As for Twitter, I think every Tuesdays there’s a twitter chat for healthy bloggers. The # symbol means that only those posts with #fitblog at the end of the message will show up.

I just found your blog via Carrots N Cake and wanted to congratulate you on your weight loss!

I made a batch of Turkey Burgers the other night and loved them! Wish I had thought to bring one for lunch today.

Thanks! I’m glad you found it. I love Turkey burgers and prefer them to regular beef burgers. They feel so light and healthy!
