    I have gained quite a bit of weight (to me, anyways) in the last few weeks thanks to some hormonal problems. Seeing your post here about working out and calorie counting has really inspired me to get back on track of things! In some ways I hate calorie counting because it gets to become such an obsession, but there’s no other way to do it.
