    TOTALLY agree with you on true blood! i loved season one but this is just way too over the top and really annoying acting!

    I do use Chi Running and I think it really works. I took a class on it and learned it that way. Others need the video to learn it. Hope you try it.

    I like twilight too.
    As for True Blood, I just watched Sunday’s episode and I thought the story line was all over the place. It wasn’t on one story for longer than 2 minutes and I felt like there was just not a lot in the episode…..hopefully this was just one episode to get through and back to the story line. Otherwise it is too choppy and confusing.
