Way to go. A size 4 is tiny! I have found that when I am training, I gain weight too. I think maybe your measurements didn’t go down, because your muscles got bigger? Great job either way. 2.6lbs is a loss!!

Thanks! I’m a bit skeptical on the size 4 because I tried on some Levi’s and I was a 6 in those. Every brand is different!

Wow, Congrats! A size down to 4 and a loss is great! You’ve totally earned it!

Congrats on the weigh-in, the SIZE 4s, and the NSVs! 🙂 I’m starting to learn that the NSVs are much more important than what the scale says! 🙂

Your story continues to amaze me! Size 4 is tiny! What an inspiration. If you can lose 150 lbs. I can surely lose 10 🙂 Way to go girl!!

Thanks! It wasn’t 150 but if I reached my goal, I will have lost 120. But like I said, I don’t know low I can really go. And the other benefits (like running and biking) are more important to me now than the scale.

My hope is to lose a few more pounds before August when I run in Hood To Coast. I feel like I’ll be much faster and fitter if I do.

That’s awesome! Wow, I’m hoping I can get to single digit jeans by the end of the year. That would be amazing 🙂

    Keep it up!

Don’t sweat it! I started my journey 10 weeks ago and I’ve only lost 8lbs. Basically I have 2 goals. 1. Finish a sprint triathlon. 2. Lose weight. After goal 1 is done I’ll focus on goal 2. It’s actually hard to lose weight when doing endurance sports training. I’ve notice a big difference when I swim and lift weights……

I did not put much thought into weight gain during training but it makes a lot of sense!
