I’m impressed with your restraint. Once I start drinking, all good eating intentions go out the window. I seriously eat everything in site until my stomach aches.

I don’t always have restraint. If desserts are in sight I’m a gonna! πŸ˜‰

Bar food is not easy to keep low in cals, but you did a great job!

To answer your question about the foam roller. I have IT band tightness so I roll on the outside of my thighs from my hip to the knee, very slowly for about 5 minutes per leg. It can be painful but so worth it in the end!

So you ever feel bruised using the foam roller on the IT Band? I do!

    Hey there!
I just stumbled across your blog…congrats on the weight loss! I started my weight loss journey about four days after yours started. I haven’t had quite as much success as you (started at 233, lost 80, gained 20 back)…but, slowly but surely I’m getting there!

Right now, my focus is more on just being all around healthy and less on the weight loss. I know that as I continue to live an increasingly healthy life, the weight will adjust naturally.

    Best wishes to you!
