Yoga is so awesome. I love it – I take it 3-5 times per week. I don’t do any videos because I am just not a workout at home girl, but I would always recommend Shiva Rea or Rodney Yee.

And kitties are wonderful creatures. ๐Ÿ˜€

Ha – my fat cats are the reason I cannot do yoga at home. They think I am setting up a large bed for them when I roll out my yoga mat. ๐Ÿ™‚

I totally agree that yoga is great for preventing injuries though! I do a class twice a week and it’s helped a ton with my flexibility and warding off stiffness, especially in my IT band (crow pose is awesome).

Your kitty photo makes me want another kitty so bad. I just have to talk the husband into it!

I recently got this amazing yoga chair called Soul Seat. Iโ€™ve never felt better at the end of a long work day. It lets me focus on keeping my hips flexible all day long. I no longer lose the ground that I had gained the day before on the yoga mat. In fact, I’ve been working at the computer now for hours and can hop right up without the usual stiffness in hamstrings or quads!
