My husband thinks I am a 44 year old with a teenager inside because I can still sleep 12 hours straight, no problem. 😀

I never was a morning person, but I get up early because the house is quite, I can do my blog, drink coffee, have the news on in the background. It’s a nice way to ease into the day. I usually get up at 6:45 and I don’t have to leave for work until 8:10.

I don’t exercise in the morning though because I find that I am just going through the motions – lunch time workouts are the best for me. 😀

I’m with you! I need at LEAST 8 hours a night, 9-10 are ideal.

It sounds like you have a good system down. When I was running during my lunch break, I loved that. It broke up the work day, freed up my evenings for fun stuff and I just felt better all around.

I am definitely a morning person! I switched to working out in the morning years ago, and have never looked back. It’s my favorite time of day.

Good for you! Glad it works for you. I am trying to force my body to like it. I like it once I’m up and actually working out, but the getting out of bed that early is the hard part….

I have never been a morning person. I looove mornings once I’m up and about and I love morning workouts; it’s just that getting-out-bed thing that really gets me.

You know what I really like? Those early morning workouts on vacation! When everyone is asleep, the campground or resort is quiet and I can go for a run. Now THAT’S a morning workout I love!

Love it! I used to hate mornings too, but 99% of my workouts are in the morning….I would never run, bike or swim at night, too tired!

I bet with kids it makes a huge difference when you work out. Good for you!

The animal in your picture looks like an otter, not a nutria. Is that a picture you took of it?

I did not take it. I looked on the internet for a photo that looked like what I saw.
