We have a large TV at eye level, in front of our elliptical, hooked up to Netflix/roku. I agree it makes a huge difference.

It really does. Mindless cardio is SO boring!

That guy is obviously a massive turd and we shouldn’t give him any attention! If you run, you are a runner.

Treadmill is torture for me and road running is a close second to that, but I have all the heart eyes for trail running. Bonus: in trail running, taking walking breaks is expected. 😉

Oh, and for me, figuring out how to fuel properly made a huge difference – no more bonking!

I would LOVE to try trail running! Too nervous to go by myself though.

I actually prefer running outside to running on a treadmill because the vibe and energy of the outdoors can’t be beaten. Of course, when the weather is bad I’m grateful for the treadmill. My favorite playlist helps a lot during those times!!

    Hi Lisa
I like to run outside the house, I am not a big or good runner, I practice to keep my body healthy and keep my mind well. Outside when it is raining or snowing I run to the treadmill at home, I listen to music while running, I watch videos from time to time. I also do unique exercises.
