    So hard to balance medication needs and the side effects, isn’t it? I’m gaining/dropping the same 5 pounds or so, though still 15 pounds heavier than my happy place. I know some of it is the interrupted gym routine, but I also know the majority of it is my eating choices. I’ll do really well most of the week and then kinda let things slide on the weekends. I have to say that I feel like so much energy is used trying to deal with the current “normal”, it doesn’t feel like there’s much left to focus on reining myself in. Fortunately, it won’t last forever, but I do fear the damage I’ll have to undo on the other side. Hang in there Lisa!

      I feel ya. I’ve been gaining and losing the same 15 pounds for 4 years. The medication part for me is where I struggle. Because I exercise 5 days a week, count my calories…even on weekends! And no loss.
