You have so much variety! That is awesome, and I bet it helps stop boredom.

My typical week looks like this:

    M- Boxing – 1 hour – 400-450cals
    T – Weights – 35 minutes
    W – Boxing – 1 hour – 400-450cals
T – Off (I’ll go for a run if I feel like it)
    F – Weights – 35 minutes
S – Off or run – if I run it is 30-45 minutes depending on the distance
    S – Weights – 35 minutes

So from this you can see that I love boxing and weights, and like running a little bit. Running is something I have to be in the mood for, so I don’t push it. Boxing is a class, so that is set in stone. The rest moves around if I am tired/sore/sick.

Yes, my workouts have always had a lot of variety. I think that helps keep it interesting, and I change it up often. I think that’s part of why the routine has worked for me. It does get difficult to try and fit all of those things in when the summer comes and I do more things outside.

It looks like you have a very balanced schedule too! I didn’t know that you liked boxing so much. That sounds really cool. Is it kickboxing?

My typical week goes like this:

    M – Ballet class, 60 min
    Tu – Weights, 60 min
W – Rest or really easy cardio
Th – Weights with trainer, 60 min and ALWAYS HARD! LOL
    F – Rest
    Sa – Weights
S – Rest or maybe an easy run

I hardly do any cardio any more, except for what I do to warm up before weights. My trainer is going to get me going on a sprinting program, so hopefully that will get me excited about doing cardio again! 🙂

I love seeing what other people’s schedules are like! It sounds like you have a very well-rounded routine. I bet the ballet does wonders for flexibility. Let me know how the sprinting program goes. That kind of stuff always interested me and I’d love to try it.
