I hate when the gym is suddenly crowded in Jan. I go year round so it makes me all pissy. But, they usually give up by March. I don’t want them too, necessarily. I just don’t like the fickleness.

I agree. While I am happy that people are trying to get fit, it is frustrating for us “regulars” who have been working out all year. I just wish that the Resolutioners would trickle into the gym throughout the year instead of all in January!

My trainer says I am the only person in the world to keep my new years resolution to eat right and exercise more in order to lose weight… 11 months on and I’m still exercising 5-6 times a week and eating better!
