    I LOVE flipping tires! Miss it completely… Must find a way to get back up to BodyTribe and do it again.

    But one thing I’ve got to say: I’ve seen a lot of people using the term Tabata-style workout.

    A Tabata workout lasts 4 minutes. That’s all. At the end of 4 minutes you have so depleted your muscles that you are totally incapable of going for another 4 seconds!

    These are Intervals, but not tabatas.
