I didn’t set monthly goals in October, but I did set weekly goals for the past two weeks and they went pretty well! It had me focusing on cooking at home as much as possible and limiting my grocery shopping as well as getting back into exercising and running regularly. I did a whole post about November goals, exercise, food, and personal ones!

I’m super excited to hear about that Spin bike! If you feel unmotivated, just remember that I’m waiting for your review.

I’ve stayed exactly the same weight for months. I’m seeing this as a good thing. I know I need to change things up, but I’m totally in limbo too and that extra step seems to hard. I do feel that I can work on some things after my SF trip. I think it’ll be very motivating and just the boost I need.

    Pumpkin Pie’s a vegetable, right?

It’s hard being in a limbo…I feel like I’m floundering a little bit.

Thanks for that extra motivation to try the spin bike! 😉

I love your goal to not gain weight during the holidays. I may have to borrow it!

As for my goals, I have not really done the month to month thing. But I think I may start on tomorrow’s weigh-in post!

I did pretty well with my October goals. I actually am looking at losing a little this holiday season, which I actually never really concentrated on before. I was always in maintain mode (even though I did lose on occasion during the holidays, it wasn’t on purpose).

Yay for strength training – you know how I love it!

Why have I never done this? I make to do lists everyday, but it’s stuff that I have to do and repeat every single day, and it’s daunting. It’s not helpful for long term goals.

You’ve inspired me. I need to make a goal list for this month. Thanks for a great idea!
