    That polenta dish does look yummy. At Flowers in the Univ District, they has this polenta dish that I just loved – Grilled Polenta topped with grilled veggies (usually squash) and blue cheese or goat cheese topping, so good!

    Yum – that is my kinda dinner!

    Good for you for making the trainer appt. No reason why you shouldn’t have access/knowledge of all the machines.

    Sometimes we slice polenta and use it as if it were lasagna noodles, in layers with tomato sauce, cheese. etc.

    Man, I need breakfast! *tummy rumble*

    I always forget how much I love polenta also!! I love it just like this (minus chicken)… I also love to “fry” polenta a few minutes to crispy, then add a marinara or crushed tomatoes… YUM
