I just picked up my copy at the grocery store but refrained from going into the whole “see that girl on the cover? Well, I know her. Well, no, not know her, in person, but, well….” Yeah, let’s be glad I didn’t do that.

Congrats!! It’s a fantastic picture of you and you are such a good example to people who think it’s impossible to lose weight without surgery or drugs.

And now you have even more motivation to keep up the good work because you know we’re all watching you! Heh heh! πŸ˜‰

Marie-I didn’t think of that aspect of it, but you’re so right! Great motivation.

  7. Jennifer is Always Sick

I have wanted to lose some belly fat, but my main goal hasn’t been to lose weight but to feel healthier. I’m always tired and have no energy, and I hate that! It makes me depressed and tired and it’s an endless cycle. I’m not obese or even horribly overweight, but I’m a little over my max healthy weight, and I have a belly…it’s gross. I look pregnant. Ew.

I read the article about the prediabetes, and it just sounded like me in FIRST for women. So I made an appointment. I visited your site because I was excited that you have one and they printed it. I wanted to tell you how I know exactly how it feels to have no energy and just waste away in front of a screen – yours was the TV, mine is the computer…

I’m glad you made a doctor appointment. Good luck!

Thanks so much. πŸ™‚ I think I know what I need to do, but I’m hoping for a more solid answer. I tend to get stressed out and overwhelmed easily. If I have a clear goal, I think that will help.
