    Those enchiladas do look awesome!!! Yum.

    When I work out at home, I usually do The Shred which is a 20 minute circuit video by Jillian Michaels. It’s a killer workout, and I burn about 200 calories in the 20 minutes.

    I am very lucky to have a gym in my apartment building, and quite a nice one at that. That’s where I usually do all my working out, but it’s been PACKED this week. Soon it’ll be over. 🙂

      I realized last night that I am just a lazy workout person. I’d rather go to the gym because I don’t want to set things up!

    Planks are killer! I remember the first time I was able to get through a whole minute…then I took a week off and POOF! gone. Try putting one knee down when your struggling, then lift it, and put the other down….you still get some benefit while taking a breather. Or go down to both knees for added rest while still working your abs. That totally helps me!

      Thanks for the tip! I’ll try that next time.

      When I was doing planks I could do 30-40 seconds, then I stopped and lost it.

    I have an unnatural love for Enchilada Sauce. That looks awesome.

    So my sad news is that I can’t update my IPhone enough for the Nike app. Boo. I would have to switch to Chris’ other abandoned (updated) IPhone to get it to run. It also won’t run on my IPad, which is kinda weird but if it’s in Flash then it wouldn’t play anyway. I’ll let you know if I find a workaround.

    One of these days, I’m really going to have to start working out again. It’s starting to not be funny.

      Oh that sucks that you can’t get the app. They just announced the iPhone 3Gs will be on sale for $50 starting tomorrow… 😉

      I use a Polar Heart Rate Monitor. I LOVE it!
