      Jill that Beef Satay looks awesome! I just printed it out. I love simple recipes with very few ingredients. I think that’s my new favorite website.

    I love the idea of adding some maple syrup to roasting veggies. Yuuum.

    I made a Lentil Loaf lately that was out of this world. It was my own recipe based on several other recipes and I made it more Weight Watchers friendly, but it turned out incredible and so healthy. I had it for dinner Wednesday and lunch yesterday and today. There’s still 2 portions left, too!

      I actually used yams instead of sweet potatoes…but I’m sure red potatoes would be good too. By the way, I love the name of your blog. That’s funny!
