    I did work out yesterday, but I have no idea how many calories I burned. This has acutally been frustrating me a lot lately because I don’t know how many calories I actually burn in my workout.

    I remedied that today, however. I just ordered myself a Garmin Forerunner 305. I can’t wait to get it. I think it will help me figure if I am doing enough or if I should up intensity.

    I ran 3.5 miles of intervals last night, walked for 5 minutes to cool down, and then stretched. In 45 minutes I burned 487 calories – not bad!

      That’s awesome! You burn about the same rate I do. I can usually count on burning 8-10 pounds a minute.
