    I just caught up on Top Chef last night, too. I totally am with you about Kenny and Angelo, but can’t decide on the third.

    I don’t eat steak anymore but I used to use just salt and pepper when i’d cook it at home. Rubbing seasoning on it before you sear it cooks it into the outside and creates an awesome crust. Yum!

    I love Montreal Steak Seasoning I use it all the time. I also use Montreal Chicken & Hamburger Seasoning too.

    I wanted to make steaks this weekend but the grocery store was out of T-Bone’s (our favorite)….=(

      T-Bones are pretty good. We usually get the Sirloin. I’m less excited about meat on the bone (from being a vegetarian for a long time).
