    I think this is a good post to review for a lot of big occasions: birthdays, weddings, christmas, etc.
    I only lost 30 lbs, but I remember realizing that one day doesn’t ruin my healthy eating habits. If I splurge one day, I drink a ton of water the next, and make sure I get in an extra workout or even just a longer walk with the dog.
    Glad you had a good Thanksgiving, and that’s really cute that you put olives on your fingers!

      Yes, Steena, I agree! I used to stress about the holidays because of the “food” issues. I finally realized it was just one day and not the big deal I was making it out to be.
