I’m making a peanut butter banana bread this afternoon. Hope it comes out as delicious as your bread loaves look.

I can make a really good foccia bread. But ask me to make anything else, and it flops. I think I’m on flop # 7 now… A friend told me that my water is probably too hot and that I’m killing the yeast. So I shall be trying once again next weekend. πŸ™‚

I lurve bread! We got the book Artisan Bread in 5 minutes and it is wonderful! It makes yeast breads so easy with no kneading.

Yum on mac and cheese. That sounds like a comfort food kind of day…

It was definitely time consuming! But so worth it…
