The movie that scared me the most, for the same reason as Michael’s, was The Net. It wasn’t even a horror movie, but it was so real and so possible, it freaked me out for quite a while. I don’t think I’ll ever watch it again. That being said, I’m not much of a movie watcher and have never, EVER seen any real horror movie.

Is that the movie with Sandra Bullock where someone steals her identity?

So glad you were able to cross something off of your bucket list! I actually can too, I tried skiing for the first time yesterday (I normally blade).

That’s awesome! How did you like it? I saw the photos. It looked like fun!

Ohhh fajita salads are some of my favorite! I love guacamole and how easy it is to make, too. Delicious!

Is it weird that I can eat chips and salsa/guac for dinner and that’s it? 🙂

I thought The Ring was super scary! One Halloween I watched a 100 Scariest Movie moments countdown, and I was totally jumping out of my skin. At one point I even called out Chris’ name because I thought he was sneaking down the stairs to scare me (he was asleep in bed).

I heard “Let the Right One In,” the original one, is super scary too.

Yeah The Ring was pretty spooky. I think I watched that same countdown. It was good! I like those types of countdown shows.

I saw the “Let The Right One In.” I didn’t find it scary. It was a little slow too. Michael liked it a lot but I was “meh” about it.

I’ve been checking around for the movie to see if it’s playing in our area. I don’t think the teeny tiny theatre closest to where we live is going to be showing it, but my sister-in-law and I are considering a girls’ day trip to see it in Columbus if we can find it showing there.

I do NOT like scary movies. At all. I’ve seen my fair share and they give me horrible nightmares for weeks. I think the scariest movies I’ve ever seen were The Exorcist and Saw.

The Exorcist is not only one of my favorite movies but I also love the book -and- it scares me silly, even to this day I can not watch the movie when I’m alone. Paranormal Activity is scary although I know many people didn’t like it because there were really no special effects. I prefer movies like The Haunting which are more ghost stories than horror stories. I also Enjoyed The Devil’s Backbone for that same reason. Anyway, looking forward to seeing Hood to Coast sometime in the near future. I’ve been excited about it since I saw the trailer.

That movie made me want to do a relay. It looked super hard but super fun.

Paranormal Activity was stupid, in my opinion. We watched it with my 15 year old daughter and wished that we could get that part of our lives back. I don’t know. It just wasn’t scary to us. But your mileage may differ. 🙂

The Exorcist was really scary to me because I grew up Catholic (lapsed now). That still is a damn scary movie to me.

The other really scary movie is 28 Days Later. I cannot watch that by myself because it is so scary to me.

Good call on 28 Days Later!! It was GOOD and scary!

JAWS is also my hubby’s pick for the favorite horror movie. In my opinion, I think one decides what horror movie is the best because of the fact that a particular one scared you more = what your fear is. If your fear is sharks or deep water, you are going to say JAWS.

I used to watch all the scary movies in the 80s and 90s but they freak me out too much now.

The only one that truly scared me when I was a kid was Poltergeist, which really wasn’t scary at all, but I had nightmares about clowns after that one.
