    Consistency is where I fail. I was “back on” a couple weeks ago, and of course overdid it and my knee was sore and I had to take a break. I am feeling back to 100% today, so I will ease into my workout – my goal this week – 45/60 minutes a day of moving, however I squeeze it in. 😀

    Eek – almost wedding time! 😀

      I get that. Consistency with workouts is super easy for me. Food is where I struggle. When it comes to injury? I’ve been injured so many times I’ve learned how to work around the healing injury so I can still be at least a little active. It’s hard and it takes effort but it also makes me feel better.
