    After I ran the Ragnar relay my appetite was out of control. I seriously went straight from the race to Marie Callendar’s (stuffed myself) went homw and slept and ate the entire night. I don’t think I had even been that hungry. You are not alone. I ate until I was full and I still lost weight that week.

    I’m glad you’re doing alright. I’ve had that costochondritis problem too! Right now I hurt everywhere. 🙁 I was already sore from Hood to Coast and I think I tried to do too much this week.
