My Grandpa’s garlic dip is addicting. I love this stuff and it’s so easy to eat way too much of it. It’s potent, so beware. I would not recommend making this dip for a first date. 😛 Without further ado, by request from readers, here is the amazing recipe:

Finding Balance
I had no idea what Roka Blue was but I found a jar of it at the grocery store! Score!
I like to use the 1/3 Less Fat cream cheese, it’s much better than the light or fat free kind, it just has more flavor to me. I bet you could also substitute plain Greek yogurt for the sour cream and it would just as good.
Mix it all together and go at it. You won’t regret it. It will be the hit of the party!
QUESTION: What is your favorite dip?
Lisa
This dip sounds like something I would love! My favorite kind of dip is a sweet dip made with cream cheese, orange juice concentrate and has dried cranberries in it. You eat it with vanilla wafers or graham crackers.
