I’ve done pineapple and cottage cheese, but I’ve never tried blueberries in it before-definitely will be trying this soon!

I’ve never tried pineapple and cottage cheese. That sounds REALLY good!

Pineapple and cottage cheese or peaches and cottage cheese are a classic summer lunch here in the southeast. My best friend’s mom ate it daily forever!!

How was the Trader Joe’s fruit bar? It looks good and it’s low calorie.

Portland really is very bike friendly!! I can’t believe how nice the bike trail is. We don’t have bike lanes where I currently live. I’m home visiting family and have noticed the addition of several bike lanes on the roads here; even if they are in the not safe parts of town it’s encouraging.

I will definitely be trying it soon. It sounds fantastic. I do Plain Greek yogurt and pineapple often and it’s delicious.

The Trader Joe’s fruit bar was pretty good. It was like a fruit roll up kind of thing. For some reason I was expecting more of a granola/fruit bar? So it wasn’t quite what I was expecting. But it was decent and low in calories.

Yes, Portland is a good place to be on a bike! For the most part. 🙂

Great job!! I miss biking to the train where I used to live – since I live in the “sticks” now I pretty much have to drive everywhere 🙁

Wow – way to go on riding there and back PLUS getting in a walk! I’m impressed!

I walk most days during my lunch break (if the weather is decent).

Great job on the ride! I would commute by bike if I didn’t work from home 😀

My fave with cottage cheese is actually red grapes. It’s funny how everyone has their preference! Great job on the bike ride
