I LOVE spaghetti squash but haven’t had any yet this season – must get on that stat!

I totally agree – small changes make HUGE differences over time. I think getting out of the overhaul everything mentality and instead focusing on small changes you can make makes the whole thing feel less overwhelming and more doable.

I have started making more and more swaps lately. I will have sushi instead of a burger and fries. Water is now my go to drink. A plain soft serve instead of a sundae. Whole wheat pasta instead of regular. Little changes really do add up!

They do. And sushi is so healthy! As long as it’s not the tempura of course…

Awesome post! I like your substitute foods. For the dark chocolate I keep Hershey’s Special Dark fun sized hidden on the way top shelf. They’re about 70 calories.

I love the miniature “fun” sizes. They are usually the perfect amount.

I love spaghetti squash. It’s such a great substitution and you can eat so much of it guilt-free.

I now drink water instead of diet soda. I noticed that when I am really thirsty now water is all that works. I’m working on changing out some food options. I use turkey meatballs in my spaghetti instead of regular ground beef. Lisa, keep up the good work. You are such an inspiration. I love your site!
