Have you done the plank for your core? That is killer!

I always have frozen Wyman’s blueberries and baby broccoli florets in the freezer. Always and forever amen.

Good call on the blueberries. I’ve tried the plank and HOLY MOLY is it hard!

Glad to hear that there was no awkward confrontation required – although can you speak to her manager or something and explain why you wont be going back? It sure was a ‘horror’ PT session!

I keep trying to see if the manager is in but it’s a pretty poorly run place.

    Ahhh I totally love toothpastefordinner.com!

You’re seeing a change in your abs already?! How long have you been at this? Will you come train me?!

    1. Lisa Eirene

I’m seeing small changes but nothing big yet. I’ve been doing it for about a month now.

I keep Costco artichokes in the house at all times. I use them to make anything just a little more awesome. It’s my guilty pleasure. 😀

What do you use the artichokes for? I love artichokes and could use ideas!

I hate the freezer. Truly. I don’t like thawing anything. I’m lazy. If it can’t go from freezer to pan or oven, I don’t do it. My freezer right now is stocked with frozen broccoli and low carb ice cream, that’s about it!

I always have frozen peas onhand and add them to practically anything. I toss them in with the pasta just before it’s done, add them to my brown rice, soup or stew. When I’m absolutely FAMISHED I’ll nuke a bowl of peas and gobble them up so that I can settle the hunger monster and make a better decision about what to eat for dinner.

I want to know what to do with the artichokes too! I have half a can in my fridge that I need to use ASAP.

A snack before dinner is a good idea!
