    I just met with a trainer yesterday and he KILLED my upper body. Assisted pull-ups, lat pulldown, push ups, etc. My shoulders and lats are KILLING me today! And I love it. I was really sad about the reality of my numbers (weight, body fat percentage) but he gave me routines and a meal plan and I’m going to see him twice a week. Even that much will keep me accountable.

      That’s a great feeling! I love working out with a trainer (a good one, that is) because they push me harder than normal.
