    HI Lisa,
Yes, I do have and love them. I don’t generally wear them at the gym because I get too hot, but I love them for my runs outside.
And good for you to work out this AM. I thought about it, but quickly hit the snooze button when the alarm went off. 🙂

You know the tights WERE a bit warm in the gym. Once I get to 4 miles I want to try running outside again. I’m sure the tights will be great for running outside! Do you remember which brand you have of the tights?

I wear bike pants when I run sometimes at the Y. For some odd reason I run better when I have those on then when I don’t. Maybe it’s just the temps outside this time of year….

I have the compression tights and I also have some bike pants (not padded) that I wear over bike shorts for colder weather. I never thought to use those pants when running though. Good thinking!

SO HAPPY I FOUND YOUR BLOG! Thanks for the motivation to
keep going! I just started. Thanks so much for blogging!

Glad the compression tights worked for you! I’ve never used them before.

I really like them a lot. I noticed that the day after I’m less sore!

My husband is a runner and uses compression tights which he likes very much but he mostly wears them when he runs on his layovers in Chicago because of the brutal weather as he’s running along Lake Michigan. He does say they help with fatigue too. I am still a new runner but will eventually get some tights, although, aside from some hip pain, I’ve been very lucky so far not to have issues that have lasted.

I love Ninkasi, in fact just last night I had the Oatis which I’m particularly fond of. Arrogant Bastard ales are my first choice though.

Yes! They help with fatigue and soreness the next day. I noticed that immediately.

Yay! Glad you got a good run in! 🙂 I’m about to Tweet at you this, but if you wake up to pain today, don’t be alarmed! My physical therapist said it’s delayed onset pain, it’s normal, and it’s actually still progress with your injury. But I REALLY hope you don’t have any delayed onset pain!!!
I own some CW-X compression tights, I’m not sure if they work or not, but they sure are slimming, ha!

I’m finally up and out of bed with no pain. I’m going swimming, cross your fingers no pain!

I don’t have compression tights but I really want to get some. I’ve heard the compression socks are awesome to put on after a run. Glad to hear you loved them!

Beth get some! I actually have had compression socks for years. I got them after I had surgery on my ankle per doctor’s orders. It was supposed to help with healing and prevent blood clots. They feel wonderful and I still wear them.

    Great job on the run!

I don’t have compression tights, but I have compression shorts. I actually don’t use them for recovery, but for holding the loose skin tighter when I run. The loose skin bothers me more when I am running. Not their intended purpose, but works for me!

Congrats on all the weight loss and the 3 mile run. I hope to one day say I have done the same thing.

I have recently gotten some compression tights, both thermal and regular. I found your blog in my attempt to find out if I just broke a plateau or if the compression tights are causing me to lose weight faster. I lost 5 pounds just this week while wearing the compression tights. I have more energy while I am walking and my weak calf doesn’t slow me down while wearing them. I haven’t ramped up my speed at all yet I see the scale is down almost another pound when I wake up each morning. Maybe it’s the fact it is wicking the sweat away from me instead of reabsorbing it, I dunno. But I do know I am benefiting from them and am able to be out in these cold KS mornings instead of the gym bored on the treadmill.

Congratulations on the 5 pounds. I don’t know that I ever noticed weight loss from the tights but I did notice how much better I performed when running. I also wasn’t as sore the day after. They are fantastic!
